What about a respirator?
You do not have to wear a respirator
when bowling, when consuming drinks or packaged food in the players seating
area.
You must wear a respirator upon arrival,
when booking, when paying at the bar or moving around the bowling premises and
the bathroom.
Bowling
The maximum number of players per lane in the current epidemiological level
is 6 people per lane. The balls are
disinfected after the end of the game.
Bar
Fully operational, where you get everything on the table, including food.
Restaurant
There can be six people per table,
unless they are members of the same household.
Billiards
Billiards
is in operation. Cues and balls will be disinfected before the game. The
maximum number of players is 2 people.
Darts – Laser shooting range
Everything will be disinfected before the game. Maximum number of players is 4
people.

Children’s parties
are allowed, please contact us.
Corporate and private parties
Companies and private parties are welcome. Please
contact us.
Bathrooms
They can be used when observing social distancing.
The bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected every two hours.
To enter the bowling centre, the
following must be observed in accordance with the government regulation from
November 1st, 2021:
Summary on what can be used.
Vaccination certificate.
Certificate on suffering covid-19 disease in the past.
A certificate or declaration is not required for children under the age of 12
to enter.
A negative antigen test certificate not older than 24 hours.
A PCR test certificate not older than 72 hours.
Children participating in sports are not required to wear a respirator/mask on
the premises.

What protective equipment should be used?
From the viewpoint of epidemiologists, we recommend that the clients wear
respirators in places where there is an increased accumulation of people
(entrance to the bowling, at the bar, with staff, changing shoes). It protects
both them and everyone else. The use of protective equipment is also valid for
bowling/bar staff (respirator, continuous hand washing and use of hand sanitiser),
especially in places with an increased accumulation of people.
Air conditioning
100% fresh air supply is provided.
HEPA filters are installed in the unit.
The entire bowling alley was treated with ozone for 4–6
weeks.
Bowling balls
will be disinfected before the game.
Bowling shoes are disinfected after the
game.
Tables by the lanes are disinfected
before the game.
What
are the opening hours on public holidays?
We are open from 11:00 to 23:00 on public holidays and prices are governed by
the Saturday pricelist.
Do you accept Multisport cards?
Yes, one MultiSport card pays 25% of the bowling lane for 60 minutes. If there
are fewer than four cards in the group, the rest of the amount is paid by the people
without a MultiSport card at the bowling reception. The MultiSport card must
be reported prior to the start of the game, you have to prove that you are the
cardholder (verification by means of an identity card or driving licence) and
to have the card with you physically (mobile
phone photographs cannot be accepted).
Where to park? It is best not
to drive and enjoy our excellent Pilsen :), otherwise free parking can be used
directly in the Nový Smíchov shopping centre where there is free parking for 3
hours on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends. Another possibility is to use paid
parking in Na Bělidle street and nearby (30 CZK per hour – it is a purple
zone). Parking at the entire Anděl/Prague 5 is free on weekends.
How many players can play on one lane?
The maximum is 6 players, but a maximum of 4 players is ideal for the game to
be fast paced.
I don’t know how long I should book a
lane for.
Simple numbers – if 8 players play, you will not play a single full game; if 7
players play, you will play a maximum of one game per hour. In a fast-paced
game of 4 players, you will play a maximum of two full games per hour.
Do you offer anything to eat?
Yes, we offer pizza, panini, triangles and many other delicacies. We are able
to create tailor-made banquet refreshments for you.
What do you offer for companies? We
offer a complete turnkey range for companies. We will prepare a party,
presentation or just a space for your team building.
You can use 6 bowling lanes, darts, billiards, football and the laser shooting
range on the invoice. The advantage of this solution is that you do not pay
credit to these facilities, everything is set in terms of time.
Do you have student or senior discounts?
Yes, we accept the EYCA/ISIC card and for seniors who have reached the age of

Operating
conditions for children’s parties:
We will organise children’s parties for you on a daily basis from 11:00 to
17:00 (end of the party).
It is forbidden to use whistles, rattles and other sound equipment.
Use of a disco ball is only possible in the bowling lounge.
It is forbidden for children to run and play various active games
(hide-and-seek, playing with balloons, running, etc.) in the approach areas, at
the bar and seating area.
If you have your own decorations, it is forbidden to use any glitter and
confetti, under a fine of 500 CZK for cleaning the area.
If you have your own decorations, it is necessary to remove the decorations at
your expense; if the staff have to remove them, you will be charged a fee :) of
250 CZK.
A cake fountain is only allowed only after staff approval – small fountains up
to 7 cm are allowed (large ones cannot be used, there would be a risk of igniting
the textile ceiling or filling the entire bowling alley with smoke).
Do you have a lounge?
Yes, we have – the lounge has a capacity of up to 30 people. There is a
projector (a laser shooting range is part of it) and darts. The rental price
depends on the time and agreement.
Is smoking IQOS allowed?
Smoking IQOS cigarettes or electronic cigarettes is forbidden in our (indoor)
premises, but our garden where smoking is allowed is at your disposal 10 metres
from the lanes.
Can we borrow bowling shoes?
Yes, you can borrow bowling shoes free
of charge. We have shoe sizes from 27 EU to 50 EU.
Can I bring my own sports shoes with a
light sole for bowling?
Unfortunately, entry to the lanes is only allowed in special bowling shoes. Your soles would rubberise/damage
the approach area and then could cause a player to slip when releasing the
bowling ball.
How is shoe hygiene guaranteed?
After each use, the shoes are disinfected with a professional Chemek shoe product.
We also have disposable socks, also free of charge, at the bowling reception.
Until when can I cancel my booking?
If a private booking of one lane is cancelled, please cancel 24 hours before
the start of the booking, either via the booking protocol, by phone or by
email. Company parties – cancellation fees – 14 days CZK 0 / 5 days 25% / 3
days 50% / 2 days 75% / less than 48 hours before the start of the booking 100%
of the bowling booking price.
What lanes do you have?
We have professional lanes from the American manufacturer QubicaAMF. The lanes
correspond to the Czech Bowling Association standards.
What type of billiards do you have?
The table is called Master, produced by KV Billiards Dvůr KRÁLOVÉ nad Labem.
